I am a researcher and clinical psychologist at Ben-Gurion University's School of Education & Zlotowski Center for Neuroscience and a visiting scholar at the University of Nottingham, UK.

My research intersects with and is reinforced by my clinical background. My main research focuses are language and communication processing, social and emotional perception in individuals with schizophrenia, the brain mechanisms underlying dissociative states of consciousness, and the influence of chronic stress on child development.

Feel free to contact me regarding my research, courses, clinical work, and psychotherapy or for inquiries about joining my lab.

I have also begun to investigate issues around morality and prosocial behavior, such as the impact of legal outcomes on individual’s moral judgments or the impact of ostracism on sharing.

In my research I utilize a range of behavioral and brain imaging techniques including EEG and MEG.

Students who are interested in joining my lab are welcome to contact me. I am open to new research ideas and have several ongoing research projects you are welcome to join.
