About

I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist based in north London, working with school children, adolescents, and adults. My approach is psychodynamic, which means that together, we go on the most mysterious and fascinating journey into the unconscious to discover what prevents you from fulfilling yourself.

As a neuroscientist, I integrate ideas from developmental psychology and psychoanalysis with scientific knowledge (e.g., cognitive and brain sciences).

Whether you’re seeking support for emotional challenges, anxiety, depression, life stress, interpersonal challenges, or unique circumstances, I tailor treatments to your needs or to your child's needs. Let’s connect and explore how I can assist you on your journey to well-being. Feel free to reach out—I’m here to help.

My Background

I studied clinical psychology, focusing on children and adolescents at Bar Ilan University. Since then, I worked with children, adolescents, their parents (parental guidance), and adults presenting with a wide range of mental health symptoms and psychosocial difficulties in private and public facilities. I also specialized in working with children and adolescents with autistic spectrum disorders and with fostered/adopted children and their foster/adoptive parents. In recent years, I have been also teaching clinical psychology and psychotherapy and training graduate psychology students to become psychotherapists.
